• T. Sean DonohueCEO & Director of Project Services

  Sean has over 14 years implementing, managing, architecting and developing IT solutions and web based business applications for medium and large companies and application solution provider technology firms. He has had program and project managed multi-million dollar initiatives with varied teams.

  Sean’s formative IT years were as a software architect, database designer, modeler and senior web developer. He also has had experience working with Microsoft architecture experts and database consulting as well projects for IBM and the Department of Defense.

• Brian HamatherDirector of Account Services

  Brian is a proven top performer in lead generation and leader of account management and services for up and coming firms within the technology, mortgage lending and resource recruiting industries in Atlanta, Charlotte and Charleston areas. Over ten year proven track record with industry awards in excellence of account management in 2002, 2003 and 2005.

  Brian will be expanding Coding Capital's presence in our new office in Jacksonville, Florida in Summer 2009.

• Claudia GaitanSEO & Internet Marketing Specialist

  Claudia has legal and graduate business communication and marketing degrees in addition to management positions in Atlanta, Miami and Bogotá, Colombia.

  Claudia's past corporate experience specialized in SEO and in internet, radio, TV and print marketing campaigns.

• Tony SteedSoftware Architect & Senior Software Developer

  Tony has been involved in all phases of system analysis, object oriented class design, software development and maintenance of enterprise applications for private industry as well as the US government.

  Tony has lead teams in architectural, business analysis and class modeler capacities for mission critical systems involving business web applications, business intelligence reporting solutions, and database integration across different platforms and environments using best standards and best practices.

• Michael KnorrSenior Graphic Artist & Designer

  Michael has been a graphic artist and designer for almost 10 years. He's held various positions within various sized companies. He has a long and varied resume that includes small personal web design contracts to senior level graphics and design projects in larger companies working on web sites, marketing campaigns and corporate brochures.

  Michael, like the rest os, is happy to be working with entrepreneurs and growing businesses who need and appreciate personal service.

  Todd specializes in the planning, designing and management phases of building out new technology, security and asset protection systems for a large national drug chain in central Florida.

  Todd has a long history as an entrepreneur and advisor for small business with growing pains. His other specialty is security systems including everything from internet to corporate security systems.
